We at A.D.Reffold (Electrical)LTD are undertaking the gruelling Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge on 11th July, the challenge is to complete the 25 Mile trek across the peaks of Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough, usually in this order, and in under 12 hours.
These peaks form part of the Pennine range, and encircle the head of the valley of the River Ribble, in the Yorkshire Dales National Park.
We are doing this to support the fundraising of Laura Harmer who is in need of life changing apparatus to support her illness, all donations are welcome please see below links:
